Note on the company form:
Sharepnp is currently in the start-up phase and does not yet have an official company form. The venture was originally founded within Siemens Energy and was named the best idea after a 10 week ExoSprint by ExoWorks (https://old.openexo.com/exo-sprint/). Sharepnp won funding, but the
Activities by Siemens Energy stopped after 6 months for strategic reasons.
